The NATO/MSB Facility Security Certificate is an administrative determination indicating that a facility belonging to a real or legal person in terms of defense industry security practices is in compliance with the degree of confidentiality specified in the document, and is issued upon the request of the organization and only for organizations established to produce goods and services within the borders of the Republic of Turkey and in accordance with the corporate law legislation of the Republic of Turkey, meeting the conditions sought by the National Security Authority for Defense Industry.

The degree of confidentiality of the document is determined by taking into account the nationality or foreign partnership of the organization, as well as other requests and features.
